2/ Our Services 

Belamandy Lodge is an intimate boutique hotel nestled in Nosy Be, Madagascar, offering luxury eco-lodge accommodations and dining. To preserve our peaceful atmosphere, our services are designed exclusively for adults, offering a refined experience in perfect harmony with nature.

3/ Bookings and Payments 

Bookings can be made directly through our website, by email, or by phone. 

Payment for our services is accepted exclusively:

- by bank transfer

- in cash on site

  • via our secure online booking platform, Beds24

Your booking is secured and confirmed only upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total stay amount.

The remaining balance is due no later than 15 days prior to your arrival.

4/ Cancellation and Refund Policy

60 to 30 days prior: 30% of the stay is due

29 to 15 days prior: 50% of the stay is due

14 to 7 days prior: 75% of the stay is due

less than 7 days prior: 100% of the stay is due

Bookings made less than 15 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total booking amount is due

No-show: 100% of the stay is due

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and will be confirmed in writing by Belamandy Lodge

5/ Partners and Third-Party Providers

To enrich your experience, Belamandy Lodge collaborates with trusted external providers (local guides, drivers, excursion partners). While these partners are selected with the utmost care, Belamandy Lodge cannot be held liable for services provided by these third parties.

6/ Disputes and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these general terms and conditions shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nosy Be.

7/ Acceptance of Terms

Confirming your booking implies complete agreement with these general terms and conditions of sale.
